About
Crew Cuts sits at number 65 on Mare Street, behind the gold lettering. It has been the same shop, in the same spot, doing the same job since it opened.

The shop opened in 2016 and has been cutting for the same street ever since. Skin fades and tapers are the daily work, but the wet shave and the hot towel are what people come back for — the parts of barbering that a chain cannot be bothered with.
Inside there are brick walls, slatted timber, proper reclining chairs and a clock that everyone checks. The queue moves. Kids are welcome, and there is a kolonya on the counter for after a shave.
Over 209 people have left a review, and the average sits at 4.8 out of 5. That is the only credential worth quoting.
How the shop runs
Nobody touches your hair until we agree what is happening. Bring a photo if it helps — most people do.
There is no booking system to wrestle with. Turn up, take a seat, and the queue moves quicker than it looks.
Cut-throat razors, hot towels and a cologne finish. The old parts of barbering are the parts worth keeping.
This is a local shop on a local high street. Fair prices, no upsell, and kids are always welcome.
